Chocolatísimo para chuparse los dedos
Si tienes un domingo aburrido como yo con nada mejor que hacer, te recomiendo hacer por ti mismo un postre y luego darte el gusto de comerlo, mi receta de hoy en un rico soufflé o también conocido como chocolatísimo.
Ingredientes:
5 yemas de huevo
3/4 taza de azúcar
1 cucharadita de Vainilla
1 taza de harina
2 tazas de leche
2 onzas de chocolate amargo
8 claras de huevo
Azúcar glass
Preparación:
En un tazón, bata las yemas de huevo con 1/2-taza de azúcar y vanilla hasta que esté esponjoso. Gradualmente mezcle con la harina hasta espesar. En una olla pequeña, haga hervir la leche. Agregue la mezcla de huevo y harina a la leche y bata hasta que esté suave. Añada y mezcle el chocolate desleído y deje enfriar. Calentar el horno a 350º. Pinte 6 tazas de soufflé con mantequilla. En un tazón metálico, bata las claras de huevo hasta formar unos picos firmes. Con una cuchara, pase la mezcla a las tazas de soufflé. Hornee por 30 minutos. Esparza el azúcar glass encima y sirva inmediatamente.
